This year Lincoln Academy’s Open House for incoming 9th graders and transferring students from other high schools will be held on November 19 at 6:30 pm at Lincoln Academy (81 Academy Hill Rd. in Newcastle). All interested students and their parents are welcome to attend. Families can tour the campus, get an overview of department offerings, and meet students, faculty, and administrators.
The event will start with an introduction and overview at the Poe Theater, then move up to the Dining Commons, where families can see department, club, and activity displays and meet LA faculty. Current LA Students will be on hand to give tours of the campus.
Founded in 1801, Lincoln Academy (LA) is a town academy, meaning it is an independent school serving local communities.
