Lincoln Academy will screen the film “Most Likely to Succeed” at the Poe Theater on Monday August 31 at 6 pm.

On Monday August 31 at 6 pm Lincoln Academy will screen the award-winning film, Most Likely to Succeed in the Poe Theater. This film presents a critical look at education in the 21st Century, and how schools can adapt to meet changing technology and a workforce with constantly shifting demands. The film addresses why it is important to incorporate concepts such as critical thinking and collaboration into our class time to better prepare our students.
After the 90 minute film, viewers are invited to stay for an informal panel discussion on the issues raised in the film. Anyone with an interest in education, and especially parents and teachers, will find this film engaging and relevant. The Monday night showing is free and open to the public.The film will be hosted by Lincoln Academy in partnership with AOS93, STEM Guides and the Maine Math and Science Alliance.
