As I walk down the hill to the turf field, I can see that fall at Lincoln Academy is coming. The leaves are gold and flaming red in the sunset and the wind makes the air slightly chilly and send leaves swirling around me. Over the intercom, pumpkin decorating downtown is announced. Just another reminder that the seasons are changing yet again. All around I see pumpkin or apple flavored coffee, bread, muffins, and candles. It is the season where all the students are beginning to wear heavy sweaters and flannels. It is the season that turns Lincoln Academy into a collage of colors, and it is beautiful.
