This sign welcomes walkers to Lincoln Academy’s new StoryWalk, a project created by the LA Library. The walk features pages from Robert Frost’s Poetry for Young People spread over the course of the newly-improved LA cross country trails. The public is invited to explore the trails, which can be accessed from the LA tennis court parking lot, anytime.
Welcome back to school! We have some great new things inside and ‘outside’ of the library! Come by and check our updated look, new displays, 3D printer, new online resources….and the books of course! And please take some time to explore our new StoryWalk featuring Robert Frost’s Poetry for Young People
, a collection of Frost’s poems arranged by season. The StoryWalk is posted along the school’s newly improved cross country trail. So you can take a hike through the woods and stop to read some poetry along the way! Or, you may opt to use your electronic device to scan the QR codes to hear each poem read aloud by a recent LA graduate or faculty or staff member. We hope you enjoy our first StoryWalk!
