The first trimester has come to an end, and grade reports have been sent to parents. Please let us know if you did not receive an email with your student’s grade report attached. We are available if you have any questions or concerns about academic performance, but we have been very impressed with the excellent grades this trimester.

It has been a wonderful week getting ready for the holidays! Last weekend, students had the opportunity to attend a performance of the Nutcracker Ballet and watch their fellow students perform at our annual Winter Pops Concert. This week, students cut down their very own Christmas trees and spent the afternoon decorating the dorms. The weather has been cold but we have avoided snowstorms in the last few weeks. When you next communicate with your students, please be sure to check that they have appropriate winter coats, boots, gloves and hats, because the weather will continue to get snowier and colder!!

Vacation is only two short weeks away. Please have your students submit their travel plans in Boardingware, or log in to Boardingware yourself and request Christmas Vacation Leave 2018 for your student. We use these last few weeks to plan for each students’ travel needs. The sooner we hear from you, the more attention we can give to making sure each student has a great travel experience.

Have a wonderful weekend,

The Resident Life Office
