Warmer days have meant more time outside, spring sports, walks into town, fresh air and sunshine. Spring is also Advance Placement (AP) exam season. Lincoln Academy offers 20 AP classes and we have 347 individual student exams taking place this month in subjects ranging from Computer Science to Art History. English Literature is our largest exam with 44 students participating.
Resident Life hosted a talent show this past weekend. First Place was Alexandr and his magic tricks, Second Place was Fan with a song dedicated to his experience and time here at LA, Third was Scott with a piano performance – there were about 15 student performers and lots of fun had by all.
Our last wing dinner of the year will take place next weekend and will be a formal “manners matters” dinner put on by our talented Chef Mikael Andersson and his culinary team. Many staff from all parts of the campus community will be joining us to help serve and celebrate.
Travel: Please be sure that your student has provided their end of year departure details in BoardingWare. Dorms will close for the school year on June 13th and all students must be out of dorms and off campus no later than 5pm to allow for our team to prepare for summer programs.
